This is the third and final part in a series of blogs about losing weight.
The first blog was called Revival of the Faddist and it was all about losing weight by only following fad diets.
After I lost a bunch of weight that way I decided to see if I could lose as much by not following any diet at all. My second blog, The Dead Weight, is all about that.
This blog represents the last part of the trilogy where I will lose 100 pounds over the course of the next year using what I’ve learned by living on both ends of the diet spectrum. In addition it’s going to be about things that interest me like self-experimentation, adventures, odd food, and more.
